The wait is over Cincinnati – get ready for an incredible evening of Music as the Cincinnati Music Festival returns for 2026 on Friday, July 24th at the Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. The night will bring the R&B fans the best music evening of the year with the biggest names in R&B performing the greatest hits all night long.
This year the headlining act is none other than Charlie Wilson. As the lead singer of The Gap Band (which he founded) and solo artist, Charlie has been producing hit song after hit song for decades. One of the greatest R&B songs of all time is his hit single ‘Outstanding’ (along with the rest of The Gap Band) which will be performed at the festival as well as other hit songs from his solo career. Joining Charlie Wilson will be multi platinum artist, Nelly who will be performing hits such as ‘Hot in Herre’ and ‘Ride Wit Me’ and other of his popular songs as well.
Singer, actor and ultimate showman Tyrese Gibson is known to bring his trademark high-energy show to every performance. The GRAMMY recognized and acclaimed Ledisi will round out the night with her signature, powerful and always diverse vocals. Closing out the 2016 Cincinnati Music Festival will be up-and-coming group 803Fresh.

Cincinnati Music Festival is coming back to Paycor Stadium on Friday, July 24th, 2026 for a night of Hip Hop, R&B and Soul Music by Charlie Wilson, Nelly, Tyrese, Ledisi and 803Fresh.
Charlie Wilson, better known to his fans as Uncle Charlie, brings R&B to the Cincinnati Music Festival stage. With a long list of successful songs that include “Charlie, Last Name Wilson”, “There Goes My Baby” and “Outstanding” he continues to add to the R&B world with his latest album “Forever Charlie” and the Grammy nominated “One I Got” and “Chills”.
Nelly the St. Louis based rapper took Hip-Hop by storm in the early 2000’s and is known for his incredible amount of pop crosses into the hip-hop genre. Fans can expect to hear hits like “Hot in Herre,” “Dilemma,” “Ride Wit Me,” and “Country Grammar” plus the rapper’s newest works from the past few years to show fans that he is growing in the genre. Nelly is a Grammy winner and has sold over 40 million albums worldwide, so fans are guaranteed to sing along to the very memorable songs that this rapper brought to the scene in the early 2000s.
As a multi-faceted man, multi-talented singer Tyrese Gibson brings a lot of music to the table. As the powerful voice of music brings out heartfelt feelings and emotions of LOVE & HEARTFELT RELATIONSHIPS to each and every song, He will be performing songs off of his newly released album “Beautiful Pain”.
Multi-platinum, award-winning songstress and powerhouse performer, Ledisi is known for bringing the HEAT in every performance. This incredible R&B singer performs hit songs like “Alright”, “Pieces of Me”, “I Blame You” and many more! Ledisi's latest album, “The Wild Card” is a unique addition to her repertoire that highlights her wide array of musical talents. With 14 Grammy nominations and numerous awards and recognition from critics and fans all over the world, Ledisi stands alone as one of the premiere R&B singers of her time.
Rounding out the amazing lineup of artists performing at the Cincinnati Music Festival is 803Fresh, Cincinnati’s very own young R&B artist. His songs are unique to the rest of the artists in this festival, and will take the audience on a brand new musical journey.
